Refund and Returns Policy

At SAMATRA GALLERIA l, we try our best to make your shopping experience easy & carefree. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you!

Return Policy:

An item may be returned for exchange or store credit as long as it is within 7 days of the date your package was delivered to you. The item must be in the original unused condition with tags still attached as originally shipped to the customer.

Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid to return and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued.
Please include the name you used when you placed the order and the invoice which was shipped along with the items . Please note: the original shipping fees and all return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in-store credits. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. This allows us time to report to the vendor. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.

Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to samatragalleria@gmail.com the tag in the image showing it is still attached. Indicate “Defective” or “Damaged” in the subject line.
